8. Changing Photo Metadata Date

Momento cameras lack a screen to set the date and time, but you can update the metadata date on a computer for better organization:

On a PC:

  1. Select the photos you want to update.
  2. Right-click and choose "Properties."
  3. Navigate to the "Details" tab.
  4. Edit the "Date Taken" field and input the correct date and time.
  5. Click "Apply" or "OK" to save changes.

On a Mac:

  1. Select the photos you wish to edit.
  2. Use the image menu options to modify the metadata date field as needed.

How to Change Between Filters

  1. Transfer a filter file (.flt) to the camera’s root directory.
  2. When the camera powers on, "CUS" will briefly appear on the screen, indicating that the custom filter has been successfully loaded.
  3. Keep in mind:
    • The camera can only load one custom filter at a time.
    • If multiple filter files are present, the camera will automatically select the first one it detects.
    • To avoid any issues, we recommend having only one filter file on the camera at any given time.
  4. Start snapping amazing photos!
