Connect Momento to your computer using the included USB-C data cable and turn the camera on.

Your computer will recognize the camera as a drive labeled MOMENTO. Open the drive to view, copy, organize, or save your photos. Once everything is safely transferred, you can delete files from the camera to free up storage.

Yes. The memory card is accessible through the secured compartment on the bottom of the camera.

Remove the cover, press the installed card inward to release it, then insert the replacement card in the correct orientation until it clicks into place. Reinstall the cover before using the camera again.

Momento gives you three flash modes directly on the camera:

• Flash On: Fires the flash with every photo.
• Flash Off: Shoots without flash.
• Auto: Allows the camera to determine when flash is needed.

For indoor photos, nighttime shots, or that classic direct-flash aesthetic, keeping the flash on can produce some of Momento's most nostalgic-looking images.

Connect the USB-C cable to the camera and plug the other end into a compatible USB charging source or computer.

A red indicator light means the camera is charging. When charging is complete, the indicator changes to green.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your Momento.

Contact our support team before sending the camera back and have your order number or proof of purchase ready. The camera should be returned complete and in working condition with the included accessories, instructions, original packaging, and box.

Once the return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
