Processing Times  
Orders received before 2pm (local time) on a business day will be processed on the same day. Exceptions include weekends and national holidays. In these cases, your order will be processed on the next eligible business day.

Transit Times
Below is the estimated transit time for your order within the United States:

The above times are estimates based on average transit times. Actual delivery times can be influenced by factors such as remote addresses, weather, and seasonal demand (especially during the holiday season).

Delivery Delays
Please note that the above times are estimates. Momento cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by third-party carriers. However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your parcel is delivered in a timely manner, including working with carriers to identify and resolve issues, and, if necessary, replacing lost or damaged shipments.

Damaged and Lost Items  
Momento is responsible for the shipping and handling of your order until it reaches your specified shipping address. In the event of a delivery issue or damage caused by third-party carriers, Momento will take all reasonable actions to hold third parties accountable. If necessary, we will replace damaged or lost shipments.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 
Momento covers all applicable import taxes, duties, and tariffs within the United States. However, please note that requirements may vary, and we cannot guarantee there will be no additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and will assist as much as possible in minimizing any inconvenience.

Limitations
This Shipping Policy is subject to applicable laws and contractual rights. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable laws or contractual obligations, the applicable laws or contractual rights shall prevail.
