How is the Momento gift card delivered?

When a paid gift-card order is fulfilled, Shopify sends a notification containing the digital gift card and its unique redemption code to the customer or configured recipient.

Can the gift card be used on any Momento product?

Shopify gift cards are redeemed as payment during checkout and can be used toward eligible products sold through the Momento online store.

Can a gift card be combined with another payment method?

Yes. If the gift-card balance is less than the order total, Shopify prompts the customer to choose an additional payment method for the remaining balance.

Can I use the gift card more than once?

Yes. The balance can be spent across more than one order until no value remains.
